At this time, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We take great pride in ensuring that every item is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before shipment to maintain the highest quality standards. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Email us at concierge@soviat.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
